Daniel Wolfe, owner of the catering service, Wolfe & Wine Co., gathered more than 30 volunteers, including constables from Silvia Trevino, Harris County Constable Precinct 6, and spent all day Thursday, April 23, at the Ronin Art House in Houston preparing cartons of triple-berry salads as part of “Operation Hometown Heroes.”

The 3 day operation fed the entire Emergency and ICU Departments. All 1,750 employees.
