Can we tour the venue?

Yes, and tours are free. They're by appointment: send us an inquiry, and we'll reply with a link to schedule your visit. Want to see both Ronin 2 and Ronin Harrisburg? No need to inquire twice. Just mention it in the details section of your inquiry, or by email, and we'll plan time for both.

Who can book Ronin Harrisburg?

The person who signs the rental agreement must be 25 or older.

What time do events end?

Events at Ronin Harrisburg, music included, end by midnight, and checkout is by 1am. Plan at least one hour of breakdown inside your rental time.

Can we arrive early?

Yes, at no extra charge when your rental keeps the same length. For example, a 10am start can move to 7am if your end time moves three hours earlier too. If you'd rather add hours, we'll add them to your booking for an additional charge. Tell us your timing when you inquire.

When can our decorator and vendors set up?

Within your rental time. Your booking covers setup, your event and breakdown, so plan your hours around all three. Need an earlier start? Shift your rental earlier at no extra charge, or add hours. That flexibility is why many clients book a full day.

What does the rental price include?

Cleaning, table and chair setup and breakdown, and an event attendant are all included, with no hidden fees. If you serve alcohol, security is booked separately. Your refundable security deposit is separate and comes back after your event.

How does bar service work?

All alcohol, including beer, wine and champagne, is served by our exclusive bartending partner. You supply the drinks; the bar team brings cups, ice, straws, mixers and napkins. After you book, you'll get a link to plan your bar with them, and they bill you directly.

Is security required?

Yes, for any event that serves alcohol. Security officers are on site from the start to the end of bar service, and we book them for you. Ask us for rates.

Can our caterer cook on site?

There's no cooking inside the building, but your caterer can prep and plate in our prep kitchen and catering area. Mobile kitchens and food trucks can cook on site in the back parking lot, like our preferred caterer Cafe Natalie's kitchen truck.

Are linens included?

No. Our tables come without linens, so bring your own or rent them through your planner or caterer.

Can we bring a DJ or live band?

Yes. DJs and live bands are welcome. We don't provide microphones, projectors or a stage, but our preferred vendors have all three. Tell us what you need and we'll connect you.

Can we bring a pet?

Often, yes. Couples sometimes bring a pet to be part of the big day. Just let us know ahead of time, since every pet needs our approval.

Who handles the room flip?

If your ceremony and reception share the main room, your planner's team runs the flip, with help from our event attendant. Room flips aren't part of standard pricing; ask us about flip pricing.

Is there a security deposit?

Yes. We collect a refundable security deposit before your event, separate from your retainer and venue fee. After your event, we do a walkthrough. If the venue is undamaged and your event stayed within its booked time, we issue your refund as soon as the walkthrough is done.

How do payments work?

We customize payment plans to fit your event. Our standard plan is 50% at signing to hold your date, with the balance due 60 days before your event, both paid by payment link. Pay by credit card or bank transfer (ACH), whichever is easier. We never add a card processing fee.

Where do guests park?

There's a shared lot behind the building, with some spaces reserved for our neighbors, and free street parking around the venue; watch for no-parking signs. Download our parking map and share it with your guests. Carpooling and rideshare make arrival easier. For older guests or anyone new to downtown, add valet through our valet partner, the only valet service allowed at Ronin Harrisburg.
